Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated HR Admin to join our team in the Advertising & PR industry. The ideal candidate will assist with various HR tasks and provide administrative support to the HR department. This is a full-time position based in Adelaide, South Australia.

Responsibilities:

– Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews

– Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies

– Coordinate training programs for new hires and existing employees

– Assist with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees

– Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and other HR-related matters

Qualifications:

– Associate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

– 1+ years of experience in an administrative role

– Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
