Job Title: Customer Success Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Success Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing support to help them achieve success with our products or services.

– Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers

– Monitor customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred

– 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
