Procurement & Inventory Manager

Adage Furniture – Perth WA

Adage Furniture is seeking a Procurement & Inventory Manager to manage overseas procurement, inventory control, and supply chain operations. This is a hands-on role responsible for purchasing, logistics, and operational coordination across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overseas procurement and supplier relationships
  • Coordinate international shipments and container imports
  • Manage inventory levels, stock forecasting, and warehouse stock flow
  • Assist with container unloading and inbound logistics
  • Maintain relationships with local suppliers and logistics partners
  • Support warehouse, order processing, and project operations when required
  • Improve operational systems including AI integration and automation

Requirements

  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations management
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with international suppliers
  • Strong IT and systems capability
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally
