Summary:

The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations within our hospitality establishment in Penrith, New South Wales. This role is crucial for ensuring exceptional service quality, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving profitability through effective management and innovative strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement food and beverage strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Manage daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to ensure a high level of service.
• Conduct regular inspections of food and beverage areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in food and beverage management within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of managing a successful food and beverage operation.
