Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks to customers
• Oversee coffee machine settings and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and surrounding areas
• Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
• Assist in training new staff members on coffee preparation and service standards
• Manage inventory of coffee supplies and report any shortages to management
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Barista experience preferred but not essential for entry-level candidates
• Experience in front of house roles is advantageous
• Experience overseeing coffee machine settings and maintenance
• Attention to detail in drink preparation and presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good time management skills
