Acoufelt is seeking a commercially savvy Internal Sales Representative to join our Project Sales team. This role is ideal for a disciplined salesperson who thrives on managing live opportunities, closing complex projects, and delivering strong commercial outcomes.
About the Role
You will take ownership of all project opportunities once a builder has been awarded, progressing them through to contract close. You’ll work closely with builders, contractors, estimators and internal stakeholders to ensure pricing accuracy, clear communication, and a seamless customer experience from design handover through to delivery.
Your success will be measured by booked sales, pipeline progression, forecast accuracy and conversion performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and progress project opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors and procurement teams
- Prepare and deliver final pricing, proposals, variations and contract documentation
- Conduct commercial negotiations and protect margin through value‑based selling
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in Salesforce, including forecasts and reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams to confirm quantities, finishes, lead times and delivery feasibility
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within live projects
- Attend project meetings, tender reviews and site visits where required
- Ensure smooth handover from Specification through to contract award

- Strong commercial acumen with confidence in negotiating pricing and contracts
- Excellent organisation and follow‑up discipline, managing multiple active projects
- High attention to detail in quoting, documentation and CRM management
