Role Overview

As the Growth & Account Management Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting both our Business Development and Marketing functions, while helping deliver seamless client experiences from brief to launch. You’ll assist the Business Development team with tender submissions, pitch decks, and maintaining central sales repositories and CRM data. On the marketing side, you’ll support content creation, social media and email campaigns, award submissions, and event coordination.

You’ll also contribute to the success of our client relationships – working closely with delivery teams to help manage communications, monitor project progress, and ensure we’re consistently adding value through proactive support and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development (BD) Support:

  • Coordinate the BD team and wider contributors in shaping pitch decks, response strategies, and creative deliverables.
  • Support multi-disciplinary tender submissions, business proposals, and client presentations.
  • Develop the key components of RFP responses for the BD team and other senior team members to review and revise as necessary.
  • Support in researching user groups, organisations and industries to provide insights that will help inform pitches and business development strategies.
  • Support the BD team in relationship management activities with key technology partners (Sitecore, etc.)
  • Maintain the central repository of core new business/sales material; past pitches and RFP responses, current case studies, staff profiles, core Aceik business details, insurance information etc.
  • Support in the maintenance of sales pipeline reporting and tracking via our CRM.

Marketing Support:

  • Support in the creation and maintenance of case studies, ensuring content is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with publishing and managing content on the agency website.
  • Assist with external communications such as Media and PR activities.
  • Create copy for social media posts (LinkedIn) and email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage digital assets and photography, ensuring assets are properly stored and accessible.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, including coordinating with internal teams and external tech partners.
  • Assist in preparing award entries and submissions.
  • Help identify relevant industry awards to build credibility and reputation.
  • Production of credentials and profile material as needed.
  • Assist with ad-hoc marketing and brand management tasks as they arise.

Account Management Support:

  • Support with day-to-day client communication, ensuring requests are managed promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through reliable delivery and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
  • Track project progress, risks, and actions, escalating issues where needed to keep things on track.
  • Assist with preparing meeting agendas, reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Contribute to account growth initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance or expand services.
  • Help improve team processes and collaboration tools to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in digital marketing, business development, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and contribute to operational improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic graphic or presentation skills (PowerPoint or Google Slides, Canva, Figma) an advantage.
