Position Overview: 

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to provide efficient and effective administrative support to our team.

The successful candidate will manage the office’s day-to-day operations, including scheduling appointments for estimates and service calls, coordinating with team members, and maintaining an organised workflow. 

Responsibilities: 

• Handle phone calls and emails from clients and vendors professionally and on time. 

• Maintain and update client information in the company database, process invoices and payments, and manage inventory of supplies and equipment. 

• Prepare estimates and paperwork for upcoming projects, review and organise files, and communicate with insurance companies and adjusters to process claims.

• Coordinate with team members on current projects and assist with scheduling and coordinating team members’ schedules. 

• Follow up on pending projects and tasks, prepare reports and documents as needed, and respond to any remaining emails and phone calls. 

• Review cashflow forecast with a business advisor and discuss booked jobs as required. 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in office administration, preferably in the restoration or cleaning industry. 

• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A valid driver’s licence

With 25 years of industry experience Accredited Restorations was established in 2013, quickly becoming the first full-service commercial cleaning and damage restorations company in Port Macquarie. Fast forward to 2022 we are growing and expanding into other regions of Australia. Currently we have service depot’s from Newcastle to Gold Coast and we travel in convoy anywhere interstate depending on where we are needed.
