ABOUT THE ROLE

The NDIS Plan Management Officer is responsible for supporting participants by effectively managing the financial components of their NDIS plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process participant invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure all invoicing and financial processes comply with NDIS pricing rules and legislative standards
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS legislation, Quality and Safeguards requirements and pricing guidelines
  • Work directly with providers to resolve billing issues or discrepancies

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will have:

  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to liaise, build and maintain rapport with participants, families and carers
  • High quality written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid Australian Drivers Licence
  • Cleared Victorian Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Cleared National NDIS Worker Screen Check
  • Alignment with the core business values of Empowerment, Integrity, and Respect 

Desirable 

  • Knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
