Description

We’re currently seeking a Stock Coordinator to join our Gold Coast warehouse team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of our Stock team, helping to maintain accurate inventory, organise and rotate stock efficiently, and ensure timely replenishment — keeping warehouse operations running smoothly.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Foster a commitment to ABI Interiors’ mission, vision, and values while promoting an inclusive environment.
  • Ensure a consistent ABI customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Unload inbound freight and Operation of Forklift in accordance with Safe Work Australia legislation and Workplace Health and Safety procedures.
  • Transfer and allocate inventory for storage/picking in accordance with warehouse workflow/layout.
  • Maintain stock replenishment levels to allow for efficient despatch procedures.
  • Liaise with the Customer Service Team regarding orders awaiting replenishment.
  • Set up new product lines/ranges in accordance with warehouse workflow/layout.
  • Input of various product data for shipping calculations, website/POS, stock replenishment, and storage.
  • Undertake frequent stock audits, receive inventory, weekly cycle counts and participate in annual companywide stocktakes in Warehouse Management Software.
  • Responsible for general housekeeping of the work environment.
  • Operation of internal systems on both computer and personal devices in accordance with Communication Devices and Social Media Policy.
  • Use of non-licensed and licensed material handling equipment.
  • You may be required to do ad Hoc customer deliveries in a company vehicle provided for that purpose.
  • Assist the greater Warehouse team, when required.
  • Other tasks may be appointed by supervisor or management.
  • All duties and handling of equipment to be performed in accordance with Safe Work Australian legislation and Workplace Health and Safety procedures.

About You:

  • Experience as a warehouse assistant or a similar role.
  • Current OSH Forklift Operator Certificate (desirable but not required).
  • Experience with IMS, RF scanners, and WMS applications.
  • Physical capacity to lift cartons up to 25kgs.
