Field Service Technician – NSW

We are currently seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our NSW team, based in Prestons. We’re looking for a strong communicator who is a genuine team player, with an excellent attitude, loyalty, and commitment to delivering outstanding service. 

This role would ideally suit an experienced Service Technician within the cleaning industry; however, this is not essential. You may be a workshop mechanic or trades assistant looking to branch into a new field, or an experienced field technician seeking a fresh challenge. Most importantly, you bring a positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow.

About the Role 

Reporting to the National Service Manager, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): 

• Service and repair of industrial and commercial cleaning equipment in both field and workshop environments 

• Pre-delivery preparation of new equipment, including de-crating, assembly, upgrades, and quality control checks 

• Testing and tagging of equipment, including plug changes where required (We will be happy to get you certified for both if you’re not already) 

• Completion of digital paperwork, including work orders and quotes 

• Occasional operator training on the correct use and maintenance of machinery 

• Collaboration with Service Coordinators and Operations teams 

• Identifying appropriate upselling opportunities for equipment and services 

• Supporting the Sales team with leads and machine installations 

• Occasional onsite installation of chemical, soap, toilet paper, and hand towel dispensers
