✅ About the Role
As our Equipment Sales & Demonstration Specialist, you’ll play a key role in showcasing our premium cleaning equipment to new and existing clients.
You’ll deliver engaging, hands-on demonstrations that highlight the features and benefits of our products — helping customers understand exactly how our solutions can improve their operations.
This is a dynamic, field-based role that combines technical expertise, relationship building, and a sales hunter mindset.
🔧 Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct 8+ engaging product demonstrations per week
- Provide hands-on training on equipment operation and maintenance
- Prepare and maintain demo gear to ensure a professional presentation
- Work closely with the Sales Team to convert interest into sales
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor products
- Support customer needs with technical product knowledge
- Ensure full compliance with Abco’s policies and safety standards
🎯 You’ll Succeed in This Role If You Have:
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to explain how equipment works
- A confident, people-first approach to sales and customer service
- Previous experience in sales, demonstrations, or field service (preferred)
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and love for achieving goals
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel as needed
