About the role:
This is a full-time Senior Business Development Manager position managing warm, inbound, high-ticket leads.
- Conduct consultative in-person, Zoom, and phone sales calls with qualified prospects
- Manage a structured sales process from discovery to close
- Sell premium programs typically ranging from $5k–$50k+
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in HubSpot
- Work closely with leadership to drive revenue growth
You’ll spend your time closing, not chasing cold prospects.
What you will do:
- Run high-quality discovery calls that uncover business needs and goals
- Present tailored solutions aligned to client objectives
- Overcome objections professionally and ethically
- Maintain strong follow-up cadence to maximise conversions
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
Skills & experience:
- We are focused on capability and performance rather than tenure.
- Proven ability to close high-ticket offers in a consultative sales environment
- Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets
- Strong discovery, objection handling and value-based selling skills
- Experience selling via Zoom and phone
- Confident using CRM systems (HubSpot experience advantageous)
You know your numbers. Conversion rates, average order value and revenue performance, and can speak to them clearly.
