What You’ll Do (The Execution)

Operational Command: You own the “plumbing” of the sales floor. You will translate the Director’s vision into actionable workflows, ensuring that every strategic shift is backed by a functional process.

The Talent Scout: You are the primary gatekeeper for our culture and performance. You’ll manage the recruitment pipeline, vetting for “hunger” and “DNA” through rigorous first-round interviews, ensuring only the top 1% reach the Director.

Data & CRM Architecture: You live and breathe HubSpot. You won’t just look at dashboards; you’ll build them. You’ll diagnose performance gaps through granular metrics and implement structural fixes to make the team faster and more efficient.

KPI Performance Sessions: You will lead the “truth-telling” sessions. By working directly with leaders and their teams, you’ll use data to hold people accountable, identifying exactly where a rep is stalling and what resource they need to win.

Resource Optimization: You are constantly looking for the “next level.” Whether it’s better lead distribution, a sharper tech stack, or improved reporting, you provide the Director with data-backed solutions to improve the bottom line.
Who You Are (The DNA):
The Process-Obsessed Rising Star: You might not have 20 years of management, but you have a “hungry” work ethic and a track record of building systems that work. You don’t manage by “vibe”, you manage by the numbers.
HubSpot Power User: You have a great grasp of CRM automation, deal stages, and reporting. You know how to make the software tell the real story of the sales floor. Bonus if you know about AI and implementing new modern tools.
