About the role:

This is a full-time Email / SMS Specialist position owning lifecycle marketing end-to-end.

  • Build and manage advanced HubSpot workflows
  • Segment database by behavior, intent and engagement
  • Create campaigns that convert leads to booked appointments
  • Work directly with Sales and Marketing Directors
  • Drive measurable “lead-to-appointment” performance

You are measured on revenue impact, not email volume.

What You’ll Do (The Execution):

  • Architect automated re-engagement workflows
  • Launch value-first lead magnet campaigns
  • Execute A/B tests to lift open and CTR rates
  • Optimize database hygiene and segmentation
  • Report on conversion and pipeline impact
