About the role:
This is a full-time Email / SMS Specialist position owning lifecycle marketing end-to-end.
- Build and manage advanced HubSpot workflows
- Segment database by behavior, intent and engagement
- Create campaigns that convert leads to booked appointments
- Work directly with Sales and Marketing Directors
- Drive measurable “lead-to-appointment” performance
You are measured on revenue impact, not email volume.
What You’ll Do (The Execution):
- Architect automated re-engagement workflows
- Launch value-first lead magnet campaigns
- Execute A/B tests to lift open and CTR rates
- Optimize database hygiene and segmentation
- Report on conversion and pipeline impact

- Experience managing 100k+ contact databases
- Confident analyzing CTR, CVR and deliverability
