Client Partner

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate within the company
• Understand clients’ business needs and goals, and develop strategies to help them achieve success
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services to clients
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share insights with clients to help them stay ahead of the curve

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in client management, preferably in a B2B environment
• Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Proven track record of success in developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
