Exciting Opportunity: Corporate Services Officer – Finance

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented, organised, and proactive individual to join us as a Corporate Services Officer.

While our preference is for someone based in Longreach, we are also open to applicants located in Barcaldine or Blackall.

This full-time position plays a key part in supporting the financial operations of our organisation. Responsibilities include:

  • Processing purchase orders
  • Reconciling credit card transactions
  • Processing accounts payable
  • Preparing monthly reporting statements
  • Supporting the administrative functions of the team

Essential requirements:

  • Certificate or higher in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Proficiency in financial management software – XERO and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
