About the Role

Eureka Villages is looking for a dedicated daytime Chef to join our team in Wulguru on a full-time basis. This role will prepare and serve nutritious, high-quality meals for residents, ensuring dietary needs are met while maintaining a safe, efficient kitchen environment.

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipe standards.

• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, food preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring proper training, teamwork, and efficient workflow.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service and a positive customer experience.

About You

• Proven culinary experience, with expertise in preparing a variety of dishes and working in fast-paced kitchen environments.

• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen equipment management, including your tertiary Chef qualification.

• A passion for food, with creativity and attention to detail in menu planning, food presentation, and flavour combinations.

• Ability to satisfy pre-employment checks, including a National Police History Check.
