About the Role
As a Commis Chef, you’ll support the kitchen team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that reflect Post’s modern Italian style.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting senior chefs with food preparation and service across all sections.
- Working with local and seasonal ingredients on a constantly evolving menu.
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Following recipes and kitchen procedures as directed by senior chefs.
- Taking initiative to learn new skills and contribute to a positive team environment.

Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- A relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery.
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.
- A passion for creating good food and a strong desire to learn.
- The ability to follow direction and work collaboratively in a team.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
