Casual Sommelier – Pre-Opening Events

67 Pall Mall is preparing to open its doors in Australia and we’re looking for experienced, personable sommeliers to support our pre-opening events program.

This is a casual, event-based role working across tastings, member previews, launches and private events, representing one of the world’s leading private members’ wine clubs. Once we edge closer to opening this could lead to a full-time role.

About the role

Deliver warm, confident wine service at pre-opening events

Present and speak to wines with clarity and enthusiasm

Support event setup, service flow and pack-down

Engage with guests, members and industry partners

About you

Strong wine knowledge (minimum level 2 WSET required)

Previous sommelier or high-end hospitality experience

Professional, reliable and calm under pressure

Available for evenings and occasional weekends
