to join our team and take ownership of the commercial function across key projects.

About the Role:

Manage the end-to-end contract administration for the project Lead procurement, subcontractor engagement, and letting package
Administer subcontract agreements and ensure compliance with contract terms
Manage variations, progress claims, and cost control across the project
Maintain and update cost reports, forecasts, and project financials Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities
Build strong relationships with subcontractors and the project team
Ensure all documentation is accurate, up to date, and aligned with company systems
Support and mentor Junior CAs or cadets on site

Qualifications:

7 + years’ experience in construction contract administration (project-based)
Strong understanding of project delivery, cost management, and commercial processes
Proven experience working closely with site teams and Project Managers
Confident in managing variations, procurement, and subcontractor negotiation
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities on a live project
Strong systems experience (e.g. CHEOPS or similar)
Takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced site environment
