The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality visual content that showcases our properties, team, and brand. This role is ideal for someone with an eye for detail, a strong creative vision, and the ability to deliver polished, professional content that reflects Saliba’s standard of excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Capture professional photography and videography for property listings, agent profiles, and marketing campaigns
- Edit and produce high-quality photo and video content optimised for web, print, and social media
- Collaborate with agents and marketing team to plan, shoot, and deliver engaging visual material
- Manage photo and video files, maintaining organised digital libraries
- Create accurate floorplans for property listings
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in real estate marketing and visual storytelling
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual content
- Support marketing initiatives, including short-form video and social media reels
- Assist with event coverage, community content, and promotional shoots as required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in photography and videography, ideally within the real estate industry
- Strong technical skills with DSLR cameras, drones, lighting, and stabilisation equipment
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Strong creative and storytelling skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Current driver’s licence
