About the role

As the National C&C Sales Manager, You are responsible for achieving the growth objectives of our brand. You will take ownership of the in store experience component of click and collect primarily focused on turning a collection function into a consultative sales process growing our customer experience, education and sales performance.

You will have scope over in store upselling, training, education, merchandising and internal content to our teams.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience leading at a national scale with a track record of results.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Strong demonstrated leadership in developing sales strategies.
  • Disciplined and proactive individual. This role will be what you make it.
  • A strong understanding of numbers and data to both report on and identify opportunities.
  • A confident and assertive people leader who takes pride in their business and results.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and benchmark upselling opportunities through results, patterns, trends and common product lines attached to collected products.
  • Analysis of performance, presenting monthly and quarterly sales plans.
  • Build training content to present remotely and in person educating our staff in line with your sales plans.
  • Have influence and input over merchandising standards working closely with our VM team to improve.
  • Create and implement an onboarding structure for Sales Managers.
  • Create a strong connection with your Sales Managers building a high performance culture and developing depth in the network.
  • Travel and have a presence across the channel. You are the face of C&C Sales Performance.
