About the role

As the National 12v Sales Manager, You are responsible for achieving the growth objectives of our brand. You will take ownership of the entire category identifying opportunities to grow, execution of strategy and importantly development of our people in the 12v area. You will have scope over sales, training, education, merchandising and internal content to our teams.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience leading at a national scale with a track record of results.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge and background in 12v electrical or refrigeration.
  • Disciplined and proactive individual. This role will be what you make it.
  • A strong understanding of numbers and data to both report on and identify opportunities.
  • A confident and assertive people leader who takes pride in their business and results.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and benchmark fridge and 12v categories across stores and online sales.
  • Analysis of performance, presenting monthly and quarterly sales plans.
  • Build training content to present remotely and in person educating our staff in line with your sales plans.
  • Promote cross selling opportunities through your category to improve both core products and the attachments to complement them.
  • Create and implement an onboarding structure for your 12V Sales managers.
  • Create a strong connection with your 12V sales managers building a high performance culture and developing depth in the network.
  • Develop internal 12v training content.
  • Travel and have a presence across the channel. You are the face of 12V and refrigeration.
