We are a fast-growing customer-centric business that is looking for the next generation of leaders to support our exponential growth and push the boundaries of achievable. We currently operate 27 stores with another 8 on target this year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support & Execution
  • Support the setup, management, and optimisation of Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Programmatic campaigns under the direction of the Digital Advertising Managers.
  • Ensure campaigns are accurately built, correctly tracked, and aligned with approved budgets and business objectives.
  • Assist with daily budget checks and updates for paid media channels as required.
  • Support the implementation of testing initiatives (creative, audiences, formats, platforms).

Reporting & Analysis

  • Assist in daily and regular reporting on paid channel performance, including spend, efficiency, and outcomes.
  • Help prepare performance summaries and insights for the Digital Advertising Manager and wider Marketing team.
  • Support the use of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, BigQuery, Looker Studio (Data Studio), or similar platforms to extract and present data.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated reporting dashboards.

Asset & Cross-Team Coordination

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure digital assets are supplied on time and are fit for purpose across paid channels.
  • Coordinate required creative, messaging, and landing page information to support campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in analysing channel performance trends and flagging insights or anomalies.
  • Help explore and evaluate new digital platforms, tools, and advertising opportunities.
  • Support initiatives that improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of digital marketing processes.

Strategy & Team Support

  • Support the Digital Revenue Manager and Digital Advertising Managers in the ongoing development and refinement of paid marketing strategy.
  • Contribute to holistic marketing reporting aligned with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Support knowledge sharing and the continued development of the Digital Marketing team’s capabilities.
  • Assist with documenting processes, best practices, and learnings.

Key Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Experience or strong interest in digital marketing, paid media, or advertising coordination
  • Two years experience of Paid Search and Paid Social platforms (e.g.TikTok, Pintrest, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams

Desirable:

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio (Data Studio), or similar tools
  • Exposure to programmatic or display advertising
  • Understanding of marketing performance metrics and ROI
  • Experience supporting reporting automation or dashboards
