We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Used Car Sales Consultant to join our professional and energetic Toyota team. If you’re passionate about the automotive industry, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love exceeding targets, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build strong product knowledge across our wide range of quality used vehicles.
• Understand customer needs and preferences, guiding them through the purchasing journey.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust and long-term relationships.
• Proactively generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Assist with trade-in valuations and appraisals as required.
• Contribute to achieving dealership sales and customer satisfaction targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a sales environment (automotive is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-centric approach – you genuinely love to help people!
• Well-presented and professional.
• Valid NSW Driver’s Licence (Required!)
• Weekend availability is a MUST!
