We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our Toyota team in our Lidcombe location.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive product knowledge across our vehicle range and dealership offerings.
• Understand customer needs and preferences to guide them through the purchase journey.
• Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations.
• Identify and generate new business through proactive outreach, including cold calling and lead follow-ups.
• Assist with vehicle valuations as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in automotive sales (preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Comfortable working with sales targets, KPIs, and CRM systems.
• Availability to work an 11-day fortnight (including weekends with rostered weekdays off)
• A valid NSW driver’s licence
