Who are we looking for?
We’re seeking a trainee or qualified pre-delivery fitter to join our Lidcombe team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee pre-delivery inspections to ensure all vehicles meet Toyota and dealership standards.
- Fit accessories as required – no two days are the same!
- Complete and manage vehicle quality checklists.
- Accurately enter vehicle details into dealership systems.
- Organise and maintain vehicle storage across multiple sites.
- Move, park, and fuel vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Support the team with preparing vehicles for customer delivery.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workspace.
What you’ll bring:
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer literacy; experience with dealership systems (TUNE, SAP) is a bonus.
- A current NSW driver’s licence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A focus on safety and following WHS procedures.
Previous automotive experience is beneficial but not required — full training is provided.
