We are seeking a Fleet Administrator to join our team at Croydon, NSW. This role will see you provide high-level administrative and operational support to our Fleet Sales Consultants, ensuring that our corporate customers receive seamless, professional service from first contact through to vehicle delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Accurately and efficiently process vehicle sales contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and manufacturer documentation.
  • Coordinate vehicle logistics including registration, CTP, interstate deliveries, and auction returns for fleet vehicles.
  • Work closely with Pre-Delivery, Sales Consultants, and external suppliers to ensure vehicles are prepared and delivered on time.
  • Manage customer communications professionally, including preparing quotations, issuing invoices, and handling enquiries or complaints.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer and vehicle records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and provide delivery updates to leasing companies.
  • Provide general administrative support, including stationery orders, IT requests, business cards, uniforms, and mail management.
  • Support the Fleet Sales team with deal packs, scanning, stock control, finance settlements, and reporting requirements.

About You

  • Strong organisational, time-management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Previous administration or automotive experience (preferred but not essential).
  • A current NSW Driver’s Licence (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the confidence to learn dealership systems.
  • A positive, solution-focused attitude – you enjoy working as part of a team and are motivated to “make it right” for our customers.
