Who We’re Looking For: 

Enrolments Manager 

• Previous experience in early childhood education and care or a sales/customer service role 

• Strong understanding of family engagement and customer journey management 

• Current NSW Working with Children Check 

• Completed Child Protection Training 

Skills required for the above roles: 

• Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal) 

• Strong relationship-building and customer service focus 

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail 

• Ability to manage multiple systems and processes 

• Proactive, solutions-focused, and results-driven 

• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders 

Key Responsibilities: 

Enrolments & Family Engagement 

• Manage the end-to-end enrolment journey, from enquiry to onboarding 

• Conduct service tours and build strong relationships with prospective families 

• Maintain and nurture waitlists to support service occupancy growth 

• Follow up enquiries and record all interactions across systems 

Systems & Administration 

• Utilise systems including MyWaitlist, Dynamics 365, and Xplor Office 

• Maintain accurate enrolment records, bookings, and occupancy data 

• Coordinate new year enrolments and ongoing bookings 

Sales & Reporting 

• Monitor occupancy, vacancies, and market trends 

• Provide regular reports and insights to the Approved Provider and leadership team 

• Support sales strategies and marketing initiatives 

Partnerships & Collaboration 

• Work closely with service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transitions 

• Build positive relationships with families, respecting their role as the child’s first teacher 

• Support orientation processes aligned with service philosophy and practices 

Workplace Health & Safety & Compliance 

• Follow all service policies, procedures, and child safety requirements 

• Uphold child-safe practices and mandatory reporting obligations 

• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework 

Learning & Development 

• Engage in reflective practice and continuous professional development 

• Participate in training and utilise the 360 Learning Platform (Ed App)
