We’re on the lookout for an experienced and driven Cluster Manager to step into this newly created role and lead a group of stores across VIC, with one home store.

This is an opportunity for a retail leader who lives and breathes an active lifestyle. Whether you’re in the gym, out on a run, or training for your next event, you understand the mindset of our customer and how to bring performance to life in-store.

As Cluster Manager, you’ll lead Store Managers and their teams to deliver strong commercial results, exceptional customer experiences, and consistent execution across every store. Alongside this, you’ll run your home store as the benchmark for performance, culture, and standards.

 

What You’ll Do:

Lead Cluster Performance

Drive strong, consistent commercial outcomes across your store network.

  • Own cluster performance across sales, conversion, UPT, AOV, and productivity
  • Run a clear weekly trade rhythm with Store Managers to identify opportunities and drive action
  • Execute key trading periods, campaigns, and launches with discipline and consistency
  • Use data and insight to continuously improve results across all stores

Build Capability & High-Performing Teams

  • Create strong leaders and teams who deliver with confidence and consistency.
  • Coach and develop Store Managers to strengthen leadership, accountability, and performance
  • Build capability across selling standards, team engagement, and operational execution
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning across the cluster
  • Lead by example in bringing the 2XU Mission, Vision and Values to life

Champion the Customer Experience

  • Create a premium, performance-led experience that connects with our community.
  • Coach teams to deliver authentic, knowledgeable, and engaging service
  • Build a strong in-store culture that reflects the Athlete Mindset
  • Lead service recovery where needed, ensuring a positive customer outcome
  • Elevate stores as performance hubs within their local community

Deliver Consistent Store Execution

  • Ensure every store reflects the 2XU brand and operates at a high standard
  • Drive consistency across customer experience, visual merchandising, and store presentation
  • Embed strong operational routines across stock management, compliance, and store processes
  • Conduct regular store visits to coach teams and support performance uplift
  • Ensure feedback is actioned and standards are continuously improving

Lead Your Home Store

  • Set the benchmark for performance, standards, and team culture.
  • Run your home store as a flagship for execution and results
  • Demonstrate best practice across leadership, operations, and customer experience
  • Use your store as a training ground to uplift the wider cluster


What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or above (multi-site highly regarded)
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results
  • Confidence using data and metrics to drive performance
  • A natural leader who builds capability and strong team culture
  • Highly organised with strong operational discipline
  • Passion for health, fitness, and performance
