What You’ll Do
- Drive store performance through sales targets, KPIs, and team development
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, passionate, and energetic team
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory, rostering, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment
- Build genuine connections with the local fitness and active community through events, collaborations, and partnerships
- Deliver a world-class customer experience that reflects the 2XU brand
What You’ll Bring
- Proven retail leadership experience, ideally with premium or performance brands
- Genuine passion for health, fitness, and high-performance apparel
- Confident, hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach, inspire, and motivate your team
- Track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong operational skills in rostering, inventory management, and visual merchandising
