Store Manager – Camberwell

We are on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Store Manager for our Camberwell store!

What You’ll Do

• Drive store performance through sales targets, KPIs, and team development
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, passionate, and energetic team
• Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory, rostering, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment
• Connect with the local fitness and active community through events, collaborations, and partnerships
• Deliver a world-class customer experience that reflects the 2XU brand

What You’ll Bring

• Proven retail leadership experience, ideally with premium or performance brands
• Genuine passion for health, fitness, and high-performance apparel
• Confident, hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach, inspire, and motivate your team
• Track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Strong operational skills in rostering, inventory management, and visual merchandising
