About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accuracy in stock management. In addition to warehouse duties, this role will involve assisting with the installation and removal of site cameras, updating stock orders, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities
• Operate forklifts for loading, unloading, and moving stock around the yard
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard
• Accurately record stock quantities and complete electronic work audits via our app
• Liaise with head office regarding stock availability
• Ensure proper storage and protection of materials
• Move and sort materials to and from storage areas and delivery vehicles
• Adhere to OH&S procedures and maintain safe equipment operation
• Keep machinery and tools in good working order
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and leadership
• Report issues regarding waste, damage, equipment, or safety
• Assist with transporting, installing, dismantling, and collecting products such as temporary fencing and site cameras

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse role
• MR truck licence
• Current forklift licence and valid driver’s licence
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team
• Construction site experience is highly desirable
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of WHS requirements and safe operation of hand and power tools

Accurate stock counts and data entry

Maintain yard according to sorting checklist

Achieve safety and operational targets as directed
