Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Hoarding Installer to join our team in Derrimut.

The Role

As a Hoarding Installer, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and dismantling timber hoarding structures across construction sites. This is a hands-on role that involves working closely with installation teams and site managers to ensure hoarding is installed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with regulations.

You will travel between job sites daily and play an important role in delivering high-quality site solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct and install solid timber hoarding at construction sites
• Dismantle hoarding equipment once projects are completed
• Load and unload trucks with hoarding materials and equipment
• Pack and prepare orders for upcoming installations
• Work closely with Leading Hand installers to complete site installations
• Ensure hoarding structures are installed in line with regulations and safety requirements
• Liaise with site managers, delivery drivers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
• Operate forklifts when required (if licensed)
• Document works and liaise with Head Office to support job completion and invoicing
• Travel between multiple job sites daily

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in construction, installations, or site-based work
• Ability to confidently use power tools and hand tools
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Good communication skills and professional presentation
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record

Highly regarded:

• Previous hoarding installation experience
• Forklift licence
