The Role:

We are looking for a driven Corporate Sales Executive to grow and manage corporate, consortia, and entertainment accounts. This role focuses on business development, account management, and delivering seamless group experiences from enquiry to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for corporate and entertainment segments
• Identify and convert new business opportunities to strengthen market position
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, consortia partners, and entertainment agencies
• Conduct regular client calls, meetings, and networking activities
• Manage entertainment and group bookings from concept to completion, including contracts, BEOs, and group resumes
• Liaise closely with Reservations, Front Office, and Operations to ensure flawless execution
• Prepare monthly sales performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Monitor client feedback, market trends, and segment performance
• Advocate for commercially sound decisions aligned with 1 Hotels’ values and brand standards

About You:

• Experience in corporate, entertainment, or group hotel sales
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven
