Within our broader Merchandise unit, the TGI Sport Community Clubs team are experts in finding solutions for Clubs on and off field apparel requirements. We are very proud to be the official distributor of Puma Team Wear Apparel in Australia and New Zealand offering products from one of the largest and recognisable Sports Brands in the World.

The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to combine their passion for sports team wear, with active management of the relationship between TGI Sport and Community Clubs across different codes Australia wide.

As an account sales manager, your main focus will be connecting with local clubs and helping them gear up with the best on-field uniforms and off-field merchandise. You’ll be the face of our merchandise team for community clubs – building relationships, solving problems, and delivering on what matters most to our clients.

You’ll:

  • Build and maintain great relationships with community sporting clubs
  • Help clubs plan and order teamwear and retail merchandise for their seasons
  • Support new club partners through onboarding, training and regular check-ins
  • Work with the internal design, production and supply chain teams to deliver orders smoothly and on time
  • Stay on top of sales targets, order tracking, and customer communication
  • Travel throughout Victoria to visit clubs and manage your territory with care

This is a full-time role based in Melbourne with regular travel to community clubs in the metropolitan and regional areas.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Personable, enthusiastic and ready to hit the road
  • Organised with great communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Passionate about sport and enjoys working with grassroots clubs
  • Experience within the soccer industry, and/or a basic understanding of the Australian sporting landscape
  • Curious, proactive and always up for learning something new
  • Tech-savvy – ideally with experience using tools like NetSuite, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Holding a current Australian Driver’s Licence
