About the Role
This diverse role blends kitchen hand and catering assistant duties. You’ll be part of our commercial kitchen team, supporting large-volume food preparation. You’ll be responsible for meal assembly and production, following precise food and order specifications to prepare meals ready for airline delivery.
Candidates with airline catering or large-volume catering experience will be highly regarded.
About the Role
Start Date: Immediate start preferred — no later than Monday, 10 November 2025
Contract Period: Temporary role from start date to Sunday, 14 December 2025 ✈️ This is our peak airline-catering period, so additional hours beyond this date are likely.
📆 Days of Work: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
❌ No work on Tuesdays or Sundays
⏰ Daily Hours: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm (6 hours minimum per day)
💰 Penalty Rates: Time-and-a-half applies on Saturdays
Requirements
• Ability to work on your feet and safely lift/move items of varying weight
• Willingness to undergo and successfully pass a fully paid Pre-Employment Medical (PEM) as part of recruitment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail in following food preparation standards
