You will join our Network Systems Administration team—a skilled and collaborative group dedicated to building and maintaining secure, high-performance network infrastructure that underpins mission-critical software solutions. The team’s mission is to ensure resilient, compliant, and optimised network environments that support development, deployment, and operational continuity. We value technical excellence, proactive problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration, working closely with engineering and cybersecurity teams. What You’ll Do

We have opportunities across multiple roles and levels within the Network Systems Administration stream, offering opportunities to contribute and grow in a dynamic, security-focused environment. You will:

Support and manage secure ICT environments for Consunet and its clients
Design and maintain resilient network and DevSecOps infrastructure
Collaborate across teams to optimise performance and ensure compliance
Contribute to documentation, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing across the team

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for candidates across various levels within the Network Systems Administration stream who bring a mix of technical expertise, collaborative mindset, and a passion for secure innovation. You’ll bring:

Experience in network systems administration, ICT operations, or infrastructure support
Strong skills in designing, maintaining, and securing enterprise network environments
Ability to troubleshoot, analyse, and optimise system performance and reliability
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams
A proactive approach to continuous improvement and professional development
Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members (senior level)
Understanding of compliance requirements and secure practices in regulated environments
Eligibility to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance (baseline or higher)

Qualifications

Tertiary Education Information Technology or equivalent experience.
