Join Hero Foundation through a sign-up session
Your partner organisation will connect you with us. We run a simple sign-up session where we walk you through creating your profile on the Employment Hero platform. It takes minutes, and we’re standing by ready to help.
Start applying with our support
Once you’ve set up a profile, you can browse and apply for open roles. From the moment you apply for your first role, our team is working on your behalf — following up with employers, spotlighting your application, and actively promoting you to businesses that are hiring in your area and sector.
Can I apply directly?
We can only work with candidates from our partner organisations: charities, training providers, and community programmes.
That’s how Hero Foundation finds you the right jobs. When you come through a partner organisation, employers know that you have been supported, prepared, and genuinely recommended. That context is part of what makes your application stand out.
