At Employment Hero, security isn’t just a priority; it’s a core value that underpins everything we do. We’re committed to upholding the highest standards of data protection, privacy and compliance across every aspect of our business. As part of that commitment, we’ve enhanced our Trust Centre to deliver a more modern, intuitive and transparent experience for our customers and partners. This upgrade reflects our continued investment in transparency and makes it even easier for you to access the security information you need.

What’s new in the Trust Centre

What’s staying the same

  • A cleaner, more intuitive interface
  • Faster access to certifications, policies and compliance artefacts
  • A built-in virtual assistant for real-time answers to EH-specific security questions
  • Easy self-registration (name, email, company and reason for access)
  • The URL remains unchanged: https://security.employmenthero.com
  • All existing trust artefacts (policies, certifications, reports) remain available
  • No action is required unless you wish to request access

What is the Trust Centre?

The Employment Hero Trust Centre is a publicly available portal that outlines our security, privacy, and compliance practices. It’s designed to provide transparency, instil confidence, and support client security due diligence; whether you’re an existing customer, prospective client or security assessor. We believe that open, easy-to-access information is essential for building trust, especially when it comes to protecting your business and employee data.

Who is the Trust Centre for?

The Trust Centre is intended for:

  • Existing clients conducting internal or external due diligence
  • Prospective customers evaluating Employment Hero’s security posture
  • Vendor risk teams, procurement professionals and legal reviewers

Where to find it

You can access the Trust Centre at: security.employmenthero.com

There is no login required to browse public information. However, some sensitive content (certificates and reports) will require an NDA to view or download.

What you’ll find inside

The Trust Centre covers all the key areas of our information security and privacy program:

  • Infrastructure security. Overview of how we secure our cloud infrastructure and environments.
  • Organisational security. Company-wide policies, access management, training, and oversight.
  • Product security. Secure software development, testing, and data protection built into our platform.
  • Internal security procedures. Governance, incident response, risk management, and endpoint controls.
  • Data and privacy. Our approach to GDPR, Australian Privacy compliance and Global Privacy compliance.

You’ll also find an AI-powered assistant that can help answer specific questions while you explore the portal.

Accessing reports and certificates

Certain content within the Trust Centre will prompt a “Request Access” workflow asking for your name, email, company name and reason for requesting access. In most cases, this requires your organisation to have an NDA in place with Employment Hero.

This will apply to the following documents:

  • ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018 and SOC 2 reports
  • Penetration testing summaries
  • Sanitised security policies

Our team will review the request and the documents will be available for secure download.
