David “Dutchy” Holland is Managing Director of Talent Solutions at Employment Hero, where he’s leading a re-think of how businesses find and hire people. Joining EH in May 2016 as Chief Operating Officer, he drove early growth initiatives, key partnerships and risk management. In 2021 he founded Employment Hero’s Talent Solutions to improve clients’ access to talent, launching Global Teams, our Employer of Record service that lets companies hire globally, and SmartMatch, a truly seamless recruitment experience.

Before Employment Hero Dutchy built his career in finance and investment management, including a decade managing a portfolio of direct investments across Europe. He’s focused on Employment Hero’s mission of making employment easier and more valuable for everyone on earth.
