About the Promotion
- This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero (UK) Ltd and its affiliates (Employment Hero).
- Enterprise Nation members who are new direct Employment Hero customers are eligible for the first 3 months free of any Employment Hero Next Generation Product package (Lite, Plus or Unlimited), subject to qualifying for the Promotion under clause 5 (the Promotion).
- The Promotion will begin on 29th August 2024 and conclude at 11:59pm on 31 May 2025 (Promotion Period).

- The Promotion is open to Enterprise Nation Members who are new Employment hero customers during the Promotion Period (Eligible Participant).

How to qualify for the Promotion?
- To qualify for the Promotion, you must:
- 1.1 be a current Enterprise Nation Member;
- 1.2 complete the form on the Employment Hero Enterprise Nation promotion page made available at www.employmenthero.com/uk/enterprise-nation/
- 1.3 be a new Employment Hero customer (have no existing Employment Hero subscriptions and must not have been an Employment Hero customer in the last 12 months);
- 1.4 register your interest directly with an Employment Hero sales representative or via a form made available to you (after registering interest, you will need to have a follow up call with a sales representative on a later date)
- 1.5 subscribe to the Employment Hero Lite, Plus or Unlimited plans for a minimum 12-month term (minimum subscription costs apply – see clause 12);
- 1.6 provide and authorise use of your direct debit details within 7 days of signing your contract; and
- 1.7 be a registered business in the United Kingdom.
Restrictions
- The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion provided by Employment Hero. Restrictions to the Promotion apply to those who are not eligible according to the criteria of qualifications listed above.
Other Terms and Conditions that apply
- Standard Employment Hero Platform Terms and Conditions apply.
- Customers receiving Implementations services in connection with any products or services will be subject to the relevant Implementations Terms and Conditions.
- Any personal data provided by an individual when participating in this Promotion is handled in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
Liability
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Employment Hero (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, for any loss or damage arising in connection with this Promotion, including any:
- technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Employment Hero’s control);
- theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
- entries that are late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after Employment Hero receives it) due to any reason beyond Employment Hero’s reasonable control;
- variation in Promotion value to that stated in these terms; or
- tax liability incurred by an Eligible Participant.
General Terms
- Usage charges for SMS, awards, P11D, and super processing are not included in the Promotion Period.
- Minimum subscription costs apply (see pricing page at https://employmenthero.com/uk/pricing/ for more detail on minimum subscription costs).
- Discounts provided through the Promotion are not transferable to any other products.
- Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
- Laws may apply to you or to Employment Hero as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
- If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
