About the Promotion
This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) and its affiliates (Employment Hero, we, us, our).
As set out in these Terms & Conditions, this Promotion requires participation in and completion of the Work Eligibility and IT Provisioning Survey (the Survey) to gain entry to the Promotion for a chance to win a one of three AUD $100 e-gift cards (the Promotion).
The Promotion will be conducted from 00:00 am on 29 November 2023 to 11:59pm on 13 December 2023 (Promotion Period).
Who can enter?
The Promotion is open to existing Employment Hero customers during the Promotion Period (Eligible Participant).
How to enter?
Eligible Participants who complete the Survey in full are automatically granted entry to our Promotion.
Only one entry applies per submission, completing the survey multiple times will not grant customers a greater chance of winning or additional entries.
Employment Hero will draw winners at random within 30 days of the end of the Promotion Period (the Winners). We may defer announcing Winners at our absolute discretion.
Reward
There will be 3 Winners and each will be entitled to 1 Reward.
Winners will be notified by email once the draw is completed.
GiftPay e-gift cards (or XOXODay e-gift card for any Winners based in Malaysia) valued at AUD $100 will be sent to the Winners’ nominated email account within 14 days of Employment Hero announcing the Winners (Reward).
Eligible Participants and Winners consent to Employment Hero disclosing, using and publishing personal information of the Winners, such as name and name of the organisation in the Customer Newsletter in relation to the Promotion.

This Promotion is managed in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
Liability
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Employment Hero (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, for any loss or damage arising in connection with this Promotion, including any:
- technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Employment Hero’s control);
- theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
- entries that are late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after Employment Hero receives it) due to any reason beyond Employment Hero’s reasonable control;
- variation in Reward value to that stated in these terms; or
- tax liability incurred by an Eligible Participant.
General Terms
The Reward is not transferable to any other products or cash.
Separate terms and conditions will apply to the Eligible Participant’s use of the Reward. These terms will be set out by the Reward provider.
The Reward is granted ‘as is’ and Employment Hero does not provide a warranty of the Reward’s merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
Laws may apply to you or to Employment Hero as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Severability: If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
