- Broader financial protection – We’ve expanded the exclusions and limits to our customer’s potential liability to ensure broader financial protection as you use our platform.
- AI-powered services – We’re excited about AI, and we’re identifying ways it can enhance your product experience. Our goal is to ensure you’re at the forefront of utilising the best and most advanced technology. As you may already know, we offer some AI-powered features, and our updated terms are designed to guide you in understanding the AI services available when using our platform.
- Local governing laws – For our customers in the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Canada, we’ve updated our governing law and jurisdiction provisions so that your local laws apply, just as we already do for our Australian customers.
