Rehabilitation Consultant (Occupational Therapist)

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our supportive Sydney team. You’ll work closely with clients, employers, healthcare providers, and insurers to create tailored rehabilitation and return-to-work plans that improve lives and foster independence.
What You’ll Do
• Develop personalised, whole-person rehab and return-to-work plans
• Assess physical, psychological, and social factors impacting recovery
• Conduct Vocational, Workplace, and Psychological Functional Capacity Assessments
• Identify practical return-to-work pathways aligned with recovery timelines
• Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes
• Provide expert advice and evidence-based recommendations

About You
• Qualified Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration
• 1–2+ years in occupational rehabilitation (preferred)
• Excellent communicator and confident working with diverse stakeholders
• Passionate about achieving positive rehab outcomes
• Must have a driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
