We are expanding and seeking a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on part-time Marketing Manager to build brand reputation, drive client engagement, and amplify our impact.

    As our Marketing Manager, your mission is to elevate WHA’s presence through innovative marketing strategies, impactful campaigns, and meaningful communications that connect deeply with our clients and the wider healthcare community. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will lead initiatives spanning brand strategy, digital marketing, communications, events, and partnerships.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Brand Leadership: Define brand and marketing strategy, value propositions, and new service launch strategies to strengthen WHA’s market position.
    • Competitive Analysis: Undertake market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities.
    • Campaign Creation & Execution: Develop and deliver targeted campaigns in close collaboration with the Sales team to drive engagement and growth.
    • Client Communications: Manage client communications, including newsletters, IT updates, new service launches, client satisfaction surveys, and feedback initiatives.
    • Content Development: Create and edit training presentations, case studies, whitepapers, articles, and industry-specific insights such as one-pagers, infographics, and presentations.
    • Brand Oversight: Review all branded material, including IT project outputs, new service documentation, and training resources to ensure brand alignment and quality.
    • Website & Digital Management: Oversee website functionality, design, UX, SEO, landing pages, and accessibility. Monitor and publish social media content to build a digital presence.
    • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to develop and refine sales collateral, including pitch decks, proposal templates, and one-pagers to align marketing with sales processes.
    • Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and newsletter engagement monthly.
    • CRM Software Optimisation: Advise staff on best practice, ensuring it delivers efficiencies across sales, CRM, and marketing activities.
    • Events & Partnerships: Coordinate industry events, sponsorships, presentations, webinars, and promote key partnerships.

    What You Will Bring:

    • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related disciplines (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven experience in defining and executing marketing strategies with measurable outcomes.
    • Strong expertise in brand development, campaign management, and strategic communications.
    • Digital marketing skills including SEO, website management, social media monitoring, and content creation.
    • Experience working collaboratively with Sales teams to develop aligned collateral and integrated campaigns.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • High attention to detail with strong project management capabilities.
    • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred), with the ability to analyse data and optimise marketing processes.

    • Experience in the health industry is highly regarded.
