Position Summary:

As a Technical Product Consultant within the Lift industry, you can excel your sales career to the next level with a company that values both technical excellence and strong customer relationships. You will thrive in a fast-paced, technically complex environment and hold the skills to manage your time effectively, listen deeply, and close deals with confidence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing across residential, commercial, and industrial lift projects.
  • Analyse client needs (space constraints, building type, usage patterns) and propose tailored lift solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to understand lift configurations and EN 81 standards.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and builders.
  • Use CRM tools to track interactions, schedule follow-ups, and keep deals moving forward.
  • Negotiate contracts with confidence, understanding both margin protection and value communication.
  • Attend site visits, trade shows, and customer check-ins to maintain strong market visibility.
