- Experience in a Similar Role: Proven leadership experience in a similar setting, managing a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

- Specialty Coffee and Food Passion: A passion for specialty coffee and food.
- POS Systems: Proficient in applying sound cash handling principles and using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
