It’s an exciting time for us as we experience organic growth, as a result of this growth, we are currently seeking experienced and committed Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to work closely with the sales, technical and project management teams to assist in reaching our goals.
About the Role
The Pre Sales Solutions Architect provides consulting services and presales support services for the specification and design of tailored solutions for Titan ICT’s potential new and existing clients. This role works closely with the sales, technical and project management teams to provide clear communication on client requirements and the timely delivery of client solutions.
- Demonstrate a track record of at least 10 years in Consulting and presales roles.
- Provision of technically accurate designs, that include hardware and labour estimation.
- Support the consultancy and the sales team with return briefs and proposals
- Generate bill of materials (BOM) and associated pre-sales documentation.
- Work closely with the Engineering team to develop solution designs.
- Identify the standardisation of design and documentation to work more efficiently.
- Own the technicalities of the solutions the team delivers on
- Maintain and develop existing relationships with vendors and industry bodies.
Who we are looking for
- Relevant qualifications, vendor certifications and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Pre Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect
- Broad knowledge across Telecommunications Operational Technologies sector
- Prior experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting leading edge technology solutions.
- Excellent design skills
- Exceptional technical documentation skills
- Previous experience in a consultative/client focused role.
- High level time management
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical internal and external stakeholders.
